The Upper Allen Township Police are investigating a burglary that is believed to have occurred sometime between Friday, August 10, 2018 at 12:00 PM and the morning of Sunday, August 12, 2018 at a construction site located in the 700 block of E Winding Hill Road. The suspect stole two ladders similar to the above pictures.
