On Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at approximately 2:45 PM, the Upper Allen Police responded to a crash that occurred in the 500 block of Independence Avenue. The investigation revealed that Dabar was traveling west on Independence Avenue when he had lost control of his vehicle due to the wet roadway. The vehicle hit the curb and went into a ditch. Dabar sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
