Upper Allen Police Participate in Trick-or-Treat

On Thursday, October 25, 2018, Upper Allen Police joined the community for Trick-or-Treat. The department saturated neighborhoods with a complement of bicycle and patrol officers who handed out candy to kids. Upper Allen Police are grateful for the opportunity to engage the community on a fun and safe night.
