On December 8, 2018 Upper Allen Township Police Department participated in Silver Spring Township’s 4th Annual “Shop With a Cop,” along with many other agencies in Cumberland County. The program pairs a child with a local police officer and the officer assists them in buying presents for their family and themselves. This is made possible by the donations of many local sponsors and the assistance of numerous local agencies.
