On Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at approximately 8:00 PM, Upper Allen Police received a report of a lost dog from the 1000 block of Allendale Road. The dog ‘Sandy’ is picture above. Sandy is a friendly, 9 year old mixed breed Chihuahua. She was last seen wearing a tan sweater with pink and orange stripes and had a black collar. Anyone who finds the dog is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
