The Upper Allen Police Department responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of South Market Street and East Winding Hill Road on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 2:35 PM. The investigation determined that Donald Trexler attempted to cross South Market Street from West Winding Hill Road to East Winding Hill Road, but failed to observe a vehicle driven by Conant traveling north on South Market Street. The vehicles collided in the intersection causing disabling damage to both vehicles. Ann Trexler and Alan Conant reported suffering injuries as a result of the crash. Conant was transported by ambulance for medical treatment.
