At approximately 2:45 PM on Sunday, April 14th, 2019, a victim reported being involved in a hit and run crash. The crash occurred on West Lisburn Road at the roundabout at Grantham Road. The victim reported that a tan SUV with a Pennsylvania registration had rear ended his vehicle. The tan SUV then continued on West Lisburn Road toward US Route 15. The unknown operator was described as a younger, white female.
