On Sunday, May 5, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM, the Upper Allen Police Department responded to a single vehicle crash on US Route 15 North. The investigation revealed that the operator, Howard Stever, lost control of the vehicle in the rain. The vehicle collided with the center barrier, causing disabling damage to the vehicle. Howard Stever reported suffering an injury as a result of the crash. Howard and Susan were evaluated by EMS but refused transport.
