The Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a three vehicle crash on US Route 15 North in the area of the PA Turnpike on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 7:42 AM. The investigation determined that a white Dodge van struck a Chevrolet pickup which then struck a Buick SUV. The Dodge then fled the scene of the crash. Loper, a passenger in the Chevrolet, reported a minor injury, but refused medical treatment.
