On June 13, 2019 at approximately 3:30 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to S. Market St in the area of the off ramp from US Route 15 North. The subsequent investigation determined that Smeigh had been travelling southbound on S. Market St. and ran the red light at the intersection with US Route 15 North. This caused a collision with Petroff’s vehicle causing disabling damage to both vehicles and an injury to Petroff. Petroff was transported by EMS for further care.
