On June 29, 2019 Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Mt. Allen Drive for a single vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival police learned that Shelby Painter had run a stop sign at the intersection causing the crash. Painter was transported by EMS for treatment of her injuries. An investigation is ongoing into other factors that may have contributed to the crash.
