On August 1, 2019 at approximately 3:30 PM, the Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of South Market Street and East Winding Hill Road. An investigation revealed that Schuetz proceeded through a steady red signal, driving into the path of the vehicle operated by Miller. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene by Hess garage. Schuetz suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by Lower Allen EMS. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen Township Fire Department and Lower Allen EMS.
