The Upper Allen Police are investigating an incident where the victim was scammed into sending numerous Walmart gift cards to someone in return for a large sum of cash that they never received. These cards were tracked and found to have been used all over the country. One of these transactions took place at a local Walmart in Mechanicsburg, Silver Spring Township, on July 5, 2019 at approximately 5:13 PM.
The male pictured below in the gray t-shirt was in possession of one of these gift cards.
