Upper Allen Police are searching for Seth Keener, age 37, who was last seen the evening of Sunday, September 22, 2019. Keener is described as approximately 5’10” and 300 lbs with brown hair. Keener has failed to show for work and has a condition that causes family and police to be concerned for his welfare. Keener may be driving a green 2014 Ford Escape with PA registration KFL3580 (similar vehicle pictured above).
