On October 11, 2019 at approximately 10:00 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of South Market Street and Cumberland Parkway for a crash. Upon arrival, police learned that Elgabry rear-ended Rozman while both were beginning to proceed through a steady green light on South Market Street. Rozman reported an injury as a result of the crash. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by Geisinger Holy Spirit EMS.
