The Upper Allen Police responded to a three vehicle crash on November 7, 2019 at 10:51 AM at the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Mt. Allen Drive. The investigation revealed that a pickup driven by Fuseini entered the intersection, after stopping, but failed to ensure the intersection was clear. The pickup struck a sedan, operated by McGuire, which was entering the intersection. Both vehicles then crossed through the intersection and struck an SUV, operated by Miller, which was stopped on the opposite side of the intersection. McGuire and his wife sustained minor injuries and were transported by ambulance for medical treatment.
