On November 13, 2019 at approximately 3:00 PM the Upper Allen Police were called to the 600 block of Cumberland Point Circle for the report of an assault. The victim was transported from the scene with non-life threatening injuries. This investigation is ongoing.
**11/15/2019 update: This incident was reported as involving a white male who attacked a female based on her country of origin. A police investigation determined that the incident did not take place as reported. This update is being provided to ensure the community that there is not a known active assailant targeting females as was reported initially. The investigation is ongoing.
