On December 28, 2019 at approximately 12:35 AM, a resident of Upper Allen Township reported that a person was observed loitering around her home in the 800 block of Tolman Street. The suspect was described as a white female in her early 20’s. It was reported that a silver or gray hatchback vehicle, possibly a Mini Cooper, was involved in the incident.
Police are actively investigating the incident. Police remind residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious persons or vehicles immediately by dialing 9-1-1.
