On February 14, 2020 at approximately 6:20 pm Upper Allen Police received a report of a non-active hit and run. Police learned that a green Toyota Camry was rear ended on US Route 15 South near West Lisburn Road by a red pickup truck. The crash occurred at approximately 5:30 pm.
