On Monday, February 17, 2020 at approximately 9:00 am, the Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle crash in the 2400 block of Mt Allen Drive. The investigation revealed Spaulding was driving his vehicle at an unsafe speed and was also distracted. His vehicle left the roadway and struck a boulder, which caused his vehicle to roll over. Spaulding was treated at the scene by EMS for minor injuries, but refused transport to the hospital. The Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by Geisinger EMS.
