On March 15, 2020 at approximately 4:27 PM, Upper Allen Police were notified of a found dog in the area of the Daybreak Church. The dog appears to be a Shepherd mixed breed and does not have a collar. The dog is currently housed at the Upper Allen Police Department. Anyone with information about the dog’s owner is asked to call Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
