On Friday, July 17, 2020 at approximately 9:30 AM Upper Allen Police were informed by the victim who found their vehicle had been intentionally damaged. The vehicle was parked in the 600 block of Cedar Ridge Lane. The approximate time frame is between 11:30 PM on July 16 and 9:00 AM on July 17.
