The Upper Allen Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash which happened on Saturday, August 15, 2020 around 9:15 PM in the Lindenwood development. A black SUV operated by a white male struck a silver Volkswagen, damaging the Volkswagen. The operator of the SUV left the scene without providing information to the driver of the Volkswagen.
