On Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 2:21 AM two males were seen running through the front yard in the 1000 block of S. Market Street. One of the males attempted to open the door of the vehicle that was in the driveway. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
