On Thursday, October 8, 2020, Upper Allen Police took a report of a theft from a vehicle which was parked in a business parking lot on South York Street. A black/gray Samsonite laptop bag was stolen which contained a large amount of cash, two Texas dealer plates bearing TX registration 1BF2540, a vehicle diagnostic code reader, and a 13″ MacBook Pro computer with serial number FVFXRRPBHV22.
