On January 19, 2020 at approximately 6:30 pm Upper Allen Police came upon a rollover crash in the 1300 block of South Market Street. The investigation determined that Gerald Wilson had pulled from a stop sign without yielding to oncoming traffic. His failure to yield caused the vehicle being driven by Capps to strike him. Wilson was also determined to be under the influence of alcohol and his license was under a DUI-related suspension. Wilson was extracted from his vehicle by the Upper Allen Fire Department and transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
