On Friday, February 12, 2021 at 12:40 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle, rollover crash on US Route 15 in the area of the South Market Street on ramp. An investigation revealed that Rosemary Gibb lost control of her vehicle, drove through an area of snow and ice, and then rolled her Saturn Ion. Gibb was injured as a result of the crash and was transported to Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and Penn State Health EMS.
