On December 4, 2020 at approximately 10:15 pm, Charles Brown drove to an ex-acquaintance’s residence in Upper Allen Township and confronted her. Brown used a handgun as a blunt instrument to physically assault the victim and then fired the gun into the air. A second victim attempted to intervene and Brown threatened to kill this person. Brown then fled the scene while police were en route. A felony warrant was obtained for Brown who was apprehended on February 12, 2021. The Upper Allen Township Police were assisted by the Harrisburg City Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service with apprehending Brown. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date. Brown is currently being held on $100,000 bail.
