On Friday, July 16, 2021 at approximately 6:20 AM, the above pictured dog was found in Winding Hills North Park on East Winding Hill Road. The dog appears to be friendly and has a collar but no tags. An owner was not able to be located at this time.
Anyone with information about the dog’s owner is asked to call Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445, option 1.
