Upper Allen Police announce the hiring of Caleb Puleo. Officer Puleo brings the complement of officers up to 22 sworn Police Officers. Officer Puleo has started his Field Training Program and we are looking forward to having him complement our professional staff. Officer Puleo was administered his oath of office by Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Christylee Peck on September 7, 2021.
