Upper Allen Police are seeking assistance in locating Roxanne S. Rodriguez (also known as Roxanne Moore). Roxanne was last seen at about 7:00 PM on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at her home in the 600 block of Geneva Drive. Roxanne is 13 years old and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, and red shoes.
Roxanne has black hair with blonde highlights, brown eyes, and is about 5’3″ and 105 lbs.
