On Thursday, October 7, 2021 the Upper Allen Police took multiple reports of construction tool thefts in the 1800 block of Shady Lane in the Winding Hills development. The investigation revealed the secured trailers were forcibly entered during the overnight hours of October 6th and a substantial amount of construction tools were stolen.
Upper Allen Police encourage residents to report any suspicious persons or vehicles observed around construction sites, especially in the evenings and overnight hours.
