On Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at approximately 1:15 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a found dog near Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill. The dog does not have a micro chip or tags but does have a camouflage collar. Anyone with information regarding the dog’s owner is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
