On Sunday, November 8, 2009 two credit cards were stolen from a victim’s purse while she ate lunch at Cracker Barrel restaurant in Upper Allen Township. The cards were stolen between 11:20 AM and 12:40 PM. The stolen credit cards were used the same day at Wal-Mart in Ephrata, PA, Rite Aid Pharmacy in Morgantown, PA and Target in Philadelphia, PA. It is believed that the two were traveling along I-76 towards Philadelphia. The attached images were captured on store surveillance video.
