Upper Allen Police are investigating numerous incidents of theft from vehicles and vandalism to vehicles that occurred in the Rolo Court neighborhood located near Rt. 15 and West Lisburn RD. The incidents occurred between 8:00 PM, March 20, 2010 and 8:00 AM, March 21, 2010.
