At 11:16AM on Tuesday March 23, 2010 Upper Allen Officers responded to the intersection of Williams Grove Road and Sinclair Road for an auto accident involving two vehicles. Officers were informed that Arrington had been traveling East on Williams Grove Road and attempted to turn left onto Sinclair Road. O’Sullivan was traveling West on Williams Grove Road. Arrington turned into the path of O’Sullivan and the O’Sullivan vehicle struck the Arrington vehicle. Both vehicles were towed from the accident scene. Arrington suffered minor abrasions to her face and O’ Sullivan was not injured. The Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by Fire Police, West Shore EMS, and the Upper Allen Fire Department.
