On March 21, 2010 at 12:15 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of S. Market Street and E. Winding Hill Road for a traffic accident. Upon arrival it was learned that Fair was traveling east on E. Winding Hill Road, entered the intersection and failed to yield the right of way to Defrain, who was traveling north on S. Market Street. Fair’s vehicle was then struck by Defrain’s, causing disabling damage to Defrain’s vehicle and requiring the vehicle to be towed. Defrain received minor injuries during the crash and was treated on scene by EMS. Police were assisted by the Upper Allen Fire Department and West Shore EMS.
