On May 2, 2010 at 5:51 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of Cumberland Parkway and Gettysburg Pike for the report of an auto accident with injuries. Investigation determined that Dietrich’s vehicle turned left onto Cumberland Parkway from Gettysburg Pike and crossed into the path of Wlazlak’s vehicle, which was attempting to go straight on Gettysburg Pike. Dietrich and a passenger were treated and ultimately transported by EMS for their injuries. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and West Shore EMS.
