On May 18, 2010 Upper Allen Police were notified of a retail theft that occurred at the Giant grocery store at 255 Cumberland Parkway. At approximately 10:00 AM the same date, a white male entered the store and left without paying for 19 DVDs. The DVDs are valued at $474.81. The male exited the Cumberland Parkway Plaza in what appeared to be a blue Ford Windstar van. The subject was wearing a white zip-up sweatshirt, red Elmo shirt, blue sweatpants, white baseball cap and sneakers.
