On May 26, 2010 an attempted burglary was reported to the Upper Allen Police Department. The resident in the 2500 block of Arcona Road had discovered the attempt in the early afternoon. Investigation found that prior to that discovery a window screen had been sliced just above the handle and appeared to have then been pried outward. The actor did not make entry into the house and the homeowner advised that he heard a suspicious noise between 5:00 and 6:00 AM on May 26, 2010.
