On Monday January 3, 2011 at approximately 5:45 PM, Upper Allen Police responded to a hit and run crash at the intersection of Gettysburg Pike and West Lisburn Road. Upon arrival, police determined that the operator of a red, late model Jeep Cherokee, similar to the one pictured above, struck the rear end of a maroon Hyundai Santa Fe. The Santa Fe was stopped for a red light at the intersection. The Jeep Cherokee fled the scene without providing any identifying information. The operator of the Santa Fe was not injured in the crash.
