On September 13, 2013 at 11:48 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of South Market Street and Shepherdstown Road. A Kawasaki motorcycle operated by Vukovic entered the south bound lane while traveling north on South Market Street. The motorcycle struck a Honda minivan, operated by Ondecko. The minivan had just entered the south bound lane after turning onto South Market Street from Shepherdstown Road. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Vukovic was transported to Hershey Medical Center with unknown injuries.

On September 11, 2013 at approximately 6:20 AM police responded to a two vehicle crash in the area of Rt. 15 at West Lisburn Road. A vehicle that was operated by Vogelsong-Navatril was turning left to enter Route 15 northbound from an eastbound lane of West Lisburn Road. A vehicle operated by Jones was traveling westbound on West Lisburn Road and approaching the same intersection. Vogelsong-Navatril failed to stop for a steady red traffic signal and struck Jones in the intersection. Both vehicles were damaged to an extent that they required towing from the scene.

On September 9, 2013 at approximately 2:14 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of South York Street and East Meadow Drive for a crash. An investigation determined that Courtney pulled from a stop sign on East Meadow Drive without clearance into Domonkos’ right-of-way travel. Two passengers in Domonkos’ vehicle sustained minor injury. Both were treated on-scene by West Shore EMS and refused transport to a hospital. Domonkos’ vehicle sustained heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene. The Upper Allen Township Police were assisted on-scene by the Upper Allen Township Fire Department/Fire Police and West Shore EMS.

On September 9, 2013 at approximately 6:30 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a single vehicle motorcycle crash on East Lisburn Road in the area of Gutshall Lane. An investigation revealed that Gill had been traveling west and was driving at an unsafe speed for the location. The motorcycle left the roadway and damaged two properties in the area before coming to rest. Gill was flown to the Hershey Medical Center by Life Lion due to his injuries. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, West Shore EMS, Upper Allen Fire Police, and the Hershey Medical Center Life Lion team.
