On October 9, 2012 at approximately 6:00 PM the Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle crash in parking lot of 255 Cumberland Parkway, Mechanicsburg. Lutz was operating a 2008 Honda Element and left the roadway striking a tree located in the parking lot. Lutz was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital for evaluation. The Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and West Shore EMS.

On October 9, 2012 at approximately 8:00 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a vehicle crash on US Route 15 North in the area of Cumberland Parkway. Martin, operating a black 2002 Toyota Camry, was following Snoke, operating a white 2006 Dodge Sprinter, in stop-and-go traffic. Martin became distracted and struck the rear of Snoke’s vehicle. Martin suffered a minor injury in the crash but declined EMS treatment.

On Saturday, October 6, 2012 the Upper Allen Police investigated criminal mischief to a 2000 Pontiac Firebird while the car was parked in the 100 block of Melbourne Lane, Mechanicsburg. The vehicle was scratched on both driver and passenger sides of the car. The damages occurred sometime between 8:20 PM and 9:25 PM. On Sunday, October 7, 2012 at approximately 7:00 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of West Lisburn Road and US Route 15 for a crash involving a vehicle on its side. Bos, operating a silver Ford Taurus, struck a red Nissan Pathfinder operated by Rutz, as Rutz turned left to enter the US Route 15 north ramp from West Lisburn Road. The impact caused Rutz’s vehicle to roll onto its side. Rutz was not injured. Bos suffered a minor injury and was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital.

The Upper Allen Police Department was assisted by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Police and West Shore EMS.

On October 5, 2012 at 7:42 a.m. a Saturn operated by Lampley pulled from the stop sign at Gray Drive and entered the path of a Ford Windstar operated by Lehr who was northbound on S. Market Street. Lampley’s Saturn suffered severe damage and was temporarily blocking the northbound traffic on S. Market Street which caused a minor back-log. Lehr was transported to the hospital by West Shore EMS for minor injuries. Both vehicle were towed from the scene by Hess Garage and the Upper Allen Fire Department assisted at the scene.
