On Wednesday April 25, 2012 it was discovered that 3 Upper Allen Parks were vandalized with graffiti utilizing paint and markers. Center Square Park contained an apparent signature of “SK”, the Rosegarden Park had the signature of “Rain” and the McCormick Park had a possible signature of “WEI”. Trash cans, trees, pavilion posts, picnic tables, signs and even a climbing wall were damaged.

On April 23, 2012, Upper Allen Police received multiple reports of thefts from vehicles that occurred in the areas of Lancaster Boulevard, Geneva Drive and Nanroc Drive, Mechanicsburg. These thefts likely occurred during the night of April 22nd into the morning of the 23rd. Multiple vehicles were entered and rummaged through by the actors and several items of value were reported stolen. All of the vehicles appear to have been unlocked at the time of entry. Residents are strongly encouraged to make sure they lock their vehicle’s and do not leave valuables inside. On April 18, 2012 at approximately 2:15 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to investigate a non-active vehicle break-in the parking lot of the Belle Terre apartment complex in the 600 block of Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg. Police determined the vehicle break-in occurred between 10:40 PM on April 17, 2012 and 2:15 PM on April 18, 2012. The actor broke a drivers side window and destroyed the interior. On April 18, 2012 Upper Allen Police received a report that a piece of equipment was stolen from Black Landscape Contracting in the 1300 block of East Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg. The theft occurred between 2:00 PM on Sunday April 15, 2012 and 6:30 AM on Monday April 16, 2012. The sod cutter is described as a Ryan brand, dark green, 18 inch that weights approximately 400 lbs. The unit is marked “Taylor Rental” on the side and is similar to the one pictured above. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445. On April 12, 2012 at approximately 5:00 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a non-active residential burglary in the Belle Terre apartment complex in the 600 block of Geneva Drive, Mechanicsburg. Police determined the burglary was likely committed between 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM the same date. The actor(s) entered through the apartment windows and destroyed property while doing so.
