A resident in the 2100 block of Aspen Drive reported that around 10:30 AM someone rang the door bell to the residence. When the resident did not answer the door, they then heard their automatic garage door opened. The resident then heard someone attempt to open the interior garage door that leads to the residence. The subject fled when they heard the resident inside. On 02/04/2010 at approximately 11:00 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of Round Ridge RD and Rolling Hills DR for a two vehicle crash. Robinson proceeded through a yield sign and struck Nusbaum’s vehicle. Nusbaum sustained a minor injury to his left knee. Police were assisted at the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Fire Police, and West Shore EMS.

On February 3, 2012 a business in the first block of Kasey Court, Mechanicsburg reported the theft of a Wilson AirMaster self contained breathing apparatus and related equipment. The value of the stolen items is estimated at over $10,000. The theft possibly occurred between January 2010 and July 2011.

On January 17, 2012 Upper Allen Police investigated damage to four light fixtures on the pavilion at the Trails & Trees Environmental Center. This educational center is located in the 1700 block of South York Street, behind the Mechanicsburg Middle School and is owned by the Mechanicsburg School District. The vandalism is to have occurred sometime over the previous weekend.

On January 13, 2012 Upper Allen Police received a report of stolen pipe and tools from a construction site in the Rossmoyne Business Center just off Rt 15 in Mechanicsburg. The theft occurred between 5:00 PM on Thursday, January 12th and 7:00 AM on Friday, January 13th. The thieves stole approximately 300 feet of new copper pipe, two pipe benders and a DeWalt DW871 miter saw, similar to the one pictured above.
