On Friday, September 23, 2011 at approximately 4:30 PM the Upper Allen police responded to the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Klinedinst Road for a two vehicle auto accident. Responding officers found the two vehicles blocking the west bound lanes of East Lisburn Road. The investigation revealed that Timothy was traveling east on East Lisburn Road, attempting to turn left onto Klinedinst Road. Burke was traveling west on East Lisburn Road and the two vehicles collided at that intersection. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Timothy and Burke both complained of injuries and were evaluated by EMS. Timothy was then transported by EMS to Holy Spirit Hospital for further evaluation.

The Upper Allen police were assisted at the accident scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and West Shore EMS.

On July 25, 2011 the above pictures were taken from the local Weis Markets store in Upper Allen Township where the women used fraudulent means to obtain merchandise. On September 14, 2011 at 8:28 PM Upper Allen Police investigated a hit and run crash on US Route 15 north in the area of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The victim was traveling north when an unidentified vehicle struck the driver’s side rear part of his vehicle. This caused the victim’s vehicle to spin off the roadway and end up in a ditch. Police are looking for anyone who may have information concerning the striking vehicle. The vehicle would have some front end damage done to it, most likely on the passenger side front part of the vehicle. On September 11, 2011 Upper Allen Police received the report of a burglary to a residence in the 3500 Block of Rolo Court. The residence was entered sometime between 09/06/2011 and 09/10/2011. The items stolen include a Nintendo Wii gaming system, clothing, toiletry items and bedroom furniture. Other items in the residence were damaged during the commission of the crime. On September 10, 2011 Upper Allen Police received the report of a burglary and theft of an iPhone 3GS cellular phone (serial number 012575005927014) from a residence in the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle. The theft occurred at approximately 2:00 AM when an unknown intruder was found inside the residence and then fled.
