Dog Reported Missing from Grantham Road

The Upper Allen Township Police have received a report of a missing dog. The dog, a black retriever named “Faith”, was last seen in the area of the 800 Block of Grantham Road. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Faith is asked to call the Upper Allen Township Police at 717-795-2445.

Afternoon Crash Injures Passenger

On Sunday, September 10, 2023 at approximately 11:36a.m., the Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash in a parking lot at Messiah University. The investigation determined that a Ford Focus was backing out of a parking space and proceeded in the path of a black Acura that had the right of way. A female passenger in the Acura sustained minor injuries and was treated at a local Urgent Care facility.

On Monday, September 11, 2023 at about 2:12 p.m., Upper Allen Township Police were dispatched to the 2700 Block of High Street for the report of an active domestic. Upon arrival, it was determined that a physical altercation had occurred and that Colon-Torres was identified as the primary aggressor. Colon-Torres was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

On July 29, 2023, Upper Allen Police responded to the 600 block of Geneva Drive for the report of a stolen vehicle. An investigation determined that Nagle had failed to return the owner’s vehicle after an extended period of time of borrowing it. The vehicle was later located following Nagle’s arrest for a separate offense in another jurisdiction. On September 7, 2023, a preliminary hearing was held for this case and Nagle pled guilty to a lesser offense.

Afternoon Crash Injures a Lewisberry Man and Lewisberry Woman

On Thursday, September 7, 2023 at approximately 3:55 PM, the Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of East Lisburn Road and MT Allen Drive. The investigation revealed that a Chrysler Town and Country and a Honda CRV collided in the intersection. The male operator of the Chrysler sustained minor injures as did the female operator of the Honda. Neither operator required medical treatment at the scene. The Chrysler and the Honda were both towed from the scene.
