Lost Dog Reported In Kimberly Acres

**UPDATE: The dog has been located and reunited with it’s owner.**

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at approximately 12:30 PM, the Upper Allen Police received a report that the pictured dog, “Holly” a female Greyhound mix, went missing from the 1st block of Pinetree Drive. Holly is seven and a half years old, dark brown in color and weighs about 35 pounds. Holly has a multi-colored collar and is microchipped. Holly is easily exhausted, easily frightened and is on medications.

Anyone who locates Holly is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445.

On September 11, 2024, at approximately 1:30 AM, Upper Allen Police interrupted multiple individuals as they were attempting to steal cargo from a trailer at a local business. Two individuals fled the scene on foot. A subsequent investigation revealed that Dashon Smith was waiting in a nearby cargo van. Additional forensic evidence was collected from the van and the victim’s trailer. Multiple DNA samples at the crime scene were positively identified to a DNA profile for Jacoby Crawford.

Dashon Smith’s preliminary hearing was conducted on March 6, 2025. Smith plead guilty to Theft (Conspiracy). An arrest warrant for Crawford was served on June 17, 2025. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

Upper Allen Man Arrested for Facebook Marketplace Theft

In February 2024, Upper Allen Police were called to the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle for a report of theft. The victim had arranged to sell an item through Facebook Marketplace to an individual later identified as Warren Holloway. During their meeting, Holloway took the item and fled the scene without paying.

Then, in April 2024, Upper Allen Police responded to the same area for a theft with very similar circumstances. An investigation revealed that Warren Holloway was again responsible for both the suspect Facebook account and for taking the items from the victims without payment.

An arrest warrant was obtained for Holloway, who was subsequently arrested in Maryland. He was extradited back to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and arraigned on June 17, 2025. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a later date.
