On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at approximately 9:24 am, the Upper Allen Township Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Simmons for a vehicle code violation. While on the traffic stop, police determined that Simmons’s vehicle contained counterfeit inspection stickers. Additionally, Simmons had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and was driving while suspended.

Simmons was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking to be processed. A preliminary hearing will be set at a later date.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at about 10:40 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a residence on Laurel Drive for an assault that had just occurred. Officers learned that there had been a recent physical domestic between two family members at the residence. Immediately following that incident, the defendant, Andrew Daloia, assaulted the victim resulting in physical injury.

Charges were filed against Daloia and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026 at MDJ Mark Martin’s Office. On that date, Daloia met with his defense counsel and pled guilty to harassment.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, at about 12:40 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to an assault that had just occurred at a residence in the 500 block of Geneva Drive. An investigation at the scene determined that the male victim had been recently assaulted. The suspect was identified as Jarrett Dorn. Dorn later admitted to getting into a physical altercation with the victim that evening. Charges were filed against Dorn and a preliminary hearing was set for a later date.

On March 19, 2026, the preliminary hearing was held at MDJ Mark Martin’s Office. As a result of the hearing, all charges were bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
