The Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle crash at the intersection of Cumberland Parkway and Gettysburg Pike on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 10:42 PM. The operator of the vehicle lost control and went over the embankment before coming to rest at the bottom of a ditch. The operator was treated by EMS personnel and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

The Upper Allen Police Department has joined with the Cumberland County Police Testing Consortium, a cooperative testing opportunity for those interested in a law enforcement career. On March 2, 2022, the Upper Allen Police were invited to attend the Mechanicsburg Middle School PTO meeting. Police provided the group with a presentation on Internet Safety and How to Protect Kids Online. Upper Allen Police were grateful for the opportunity to attend this meeting to provide parents useful information for online safety.

On March 1st, 2022 at around 2:00 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a crash on East Lisburn Road at Klindinst Road. The operator of a vehicle had turned onto East Lisburn Road from Klindinst Road in front of a vehicle traveling on East Lisburn Road, resulting in a collision. The operator, along with a passenger of the other vehicle, were transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by Penn State EMS, Upper Allen Fire Department and Upper Allen Fire Police.

On Monday, February 28, 2022 at about 3:42 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a single vehicle crash on US Route 15 near mile marker N38.9. The operator of the vehicle had lost control, resulting in the vehicle leaving the roadway and rolling over several times before coming to rest back on the roadway. The operator was transported by EMS to a nearby hospital for evaluation. Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by Penn State EMS, Lower Allen Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Department, and Upper Allen Fire Police.
