On February 6, 2015 at 6:56 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to W. Lisburn Road at US Route 15 for an auto accident. An investigation revealed that Springer made a left turn towards the on-ramp of US Route 15 south before traffic had cleared the intersection. A passenger in Huffer’s vehicle suffered an injury and was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital by West Shore EMS for evaluation. Upper Allen Police were assisted on the scene by Upper Allen Fire Police and the Upper Allen Fire Department.
