Upper Allen Police recovered the above pictured phone and believe it is related to recent thefts from cars. The thefts occurred in the Rossmoyne RD/Wesley DR area on or about September 29, 2010. The phone has not been identified and police are seeking the owner. Additional property in the form of woman’s perfume, fluoride tablets, utility knife and silver chain necklace were also recovered.
